Licensing & Billing
How to activate your license
- Purchase a plan from wpbuoy.com
- Check your email for the license key
- Go to Settings → Endpoint Manager → License
- Enter your license key
- Click Activate License
You’ll see a confirmation message when activation is complete.
Using one license on multiple sites
Your plan determines how many sites you can activate:
- Personal — 1 site
- Freelancer — Up to 10 sites
- Agency — Unlimited sites
If you’ve reached your limit, deactivate the license on a site you no longer need before activating on a new one.
What happens when your license expires
When your annual license expires:
- The plugin continues to work with your existing settings
- All enabled/disabled endpoints remain as configured
- Pro features are paused (see below)
- No new updates or bug fixes
- No access to support
Renew at any time to restore everything.
What does “Pro Features Paused” mean?
If your license is inactive or expired, the Pro Features widget in the admin dashboard changes to a “Pro Features Paused” notice. Your endpoint settings continue to function, but Pro-only features (security logging, dynamic endpoints, advanced filters, CSV export) are paused until you reactivate or renew.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact support@wpbuoy.com for a full refund.
